Located in North. Evia is a unique natural monument with great interest. It is one of the richest petrified forests in Europe, extends between the villages Kerasia – Agia Anna – priests. Important is the fossilized tree trunk findings in the whole region.

Their main appearance, however, is set to High Ridge, west of Cherry Village. There, on farms, showing clusters of fossilized trees, large format, as well as pieces of petrified logs. From studies carried out in the region of palaiochlorida Priests, speculation is aged 10 to 25 million years.
